Lower Muley Twist Canyon Hike

On the Burr Trail in Southern Utah right before the Burr Trail switchbacks drop down into the Waterpocket Fold. About 4 miles out-and-back. 

 

 

The Burr Trail

This is a 68 mile backcountry drive in south central Utah that starts in Boulder Utah and comes out near Capital Reef National Park (the variation we drove). In hind sight, we should have taken more time to drive this because there are several attractions along the way we missed because of time restraints. I would suggest to start this route early in the morning and plan on spending the night somewhere along the way so one has two full days to explore.

Bristlecone Pine Loop Hike
