* Lake Solano Paddle

We had a nice relaxing paddle, then lunch in the park, with carl and Svetlana P.

Lake Solano is a little jewel of a lake about 5 miles west of the town of Winters, Ca. No motors of any kind allowed, so it makes for peaceful and leisurely paddling.

* Lake Solano Paddle

We had a nice paddle on Lake Solano, which is located on Putah creek below lake Berryessa. Although we have driven by this lake several times, we have never paddled it. At 1 hour 45 minutes from home it's a little far for what it is, but with fishing, camping, and birding opportunities we will probably be back at some point.
