About 20 miles East of Bend, Oregon. There are 50+ miles of hiking trail in Oregon's Badlands Wilderness. Over the next few years I am going to try to hike all of them.
It is kind of a Juniper and Sage wasteland, but I'm drawn to that. Thinking maybe backpack the longer trails and link up some shorter ones. I don't know for sure yet, but the Badlands in on my list!
This was a short 3 mile loop on the Ancient Juniper Trail and the Flatiron Rock Trail...
