Hired as the office manager and dental assistant for this new business, Lauren has spent the last three months overseeing a complete building remodel and setting up the dental office of NorCal Family Dental Group.

* Lauren Engaged

Silo and the "Frog" (and six other women) spent yesterday trying on wedding dresses. She was stressed by the end of the afternoon, but they are back at it today with a smaller entourage.

I know Froggy will do great and eventually get the perfect dress.

This was a favorite.

Lauren's boyfriend and two business partners opened a Crossfit affiliate in Cloverdale. Marcie was there to capture a competition between a few of the younger athletes, as well as some general work-out shots.
