* Point Reyes with the SacYakkers - Part I

Point Reyes and the "Forest Getaway" House Rental with the SacYakkers Paddling Group.

We got in two Bioluminescence paddles, two great hikes, a lunch/BBQ at Heart's Desire Beach Overlook, fresh oysters and great food at the house, and hundreds of laughs!!

We left late Sunday afternoon exhausted, but wanting to stay and do more. A Thank You!! to all that pitched in and stayed at the house. You were great housemates, paddle partners and party friends.

Hopefully we don't have to wait until next Fall to do it again.

* Cotton Balls

Cool cloud formations over Cloverdale this morning. The shadows kept changing as the sun got higher.

It makes me want to load gear and head for the outdoors.

* Tri Girl Tri Triathlon

Several SacYakkers and other paddlers acted as kayak support for the swim portion of the Tri Girl Tri Triathlon at Lake Berryessa over the weekend.

It was a lot of fun and the swimmers seemed to really appreiate having us there, knowing they are safe and have a boat to hang on if they get tired.

We are looking forward to helping out again next May.
