* Biking The Big River Haul Road

Fun day in the redwoods biking along this old railroad grade/logging road. We were there early (like always...Dark Ones Baby!), so had it all to ourselves until we started meeting others at about mile 5 on the way back.

About 17 miles round trip for us.

* Recovery - Eye Surgery 2

Day 13 of Milo's recovery from the second eye surgery. Can't submerge, can't lift...Still can't see out of that eye because of the gas bubble.

Waiting, watching, planning, pacing!

* Camp Food At Home

We have to take it easy for a few weeks while Milo recovers from his second eye surgery, so last night we grilled a camp food meal on the Cobb and enjoyed the fire pit. Beautiful Fall weather in Sonoma County.

Grilled asparagus and peppers with grilled shrimp
 It tasted so good, we got up this morning and grilled more peppers as part of breakfast.
