Where the spirit leads the feet will follow.
Down distant paths for unmapped miles.
Heads forget but hearts remember:
The art of living knows no bounds.

11 Rules Every Cyclist Should Follow

I thought this was as funny as hell. I'm not a serious cyclist...I guess because I follow all the suggestions Phil Gaimon mentions.

#9 - "For fuck sake don't litter. I can't believe I have to say that again". :)
#11 - Don't be a dick!

* Cloth Masks

In alignment with the CDC's most recent recommendation to wear a cloth mask to help prevent oneself from potentially spreading COVID-19 when a 6 foot separation is not attainable (eg: Grocery Store), we sat down and created our own masks with supplies we had on hand.

CDC website...

Or copy/paste to your browser...

We used two different patterns/procedures we found on youtube with supplies listed below...
- Miscellaneous cloth for front and back layers
- Tyvek vapor barrier for middle layer
- Elastic strips for ear loops
- Pipe cleaner (hot glued) inside for forming fit over nose
- Basic sewing thread
- Sewing machine and basic sewing skills

One simple option is a face cover/wind screen used by motorcyclists. Shown below.

* Recreate In Your Own Area

We have been holed up at home since the state mandate regarding COVID-19 came out three weeks ago to Shelter In Place/Recreate In Your Own Area.

Today we took a drive up a local mountain road to get some fresh air and get out of the house. We saw no other people or cars, and had zero contact with anyone.

* Stranglehold

My neighbor called the police on me for blasting this song. When the cops arrived, they arrested him!

Matter of fact, I played this song for a friend from Madrid...now she is from Michigan.
