Inside the World's Largest Airtanker 747-400 SuperTanker!

The Global Supertanker 944.

During the 2018-2020 fire seasons in Northern California, this tanker (along with several other hero tankers) was instrumental in the fight to contain the many fires the ravaged the state.

Elk River Estuary Enhancement Project

A Thanksgiving day early morning hike on a new recently opened trail in Eureka, CA.

A Eureka Waterfront Trail one mile extension project that begins at the south end of the Kikshari' Trail. We started at the Herrick Avenue Park & Ride (the official trailhead for this section), and hiked down to the end and back. We then hiked a mile or so up the Hikshari' trail and then back to the truck (no pictures of that section).
