Himalayan Yak (or Nak)
This has been a bucket list item for over 40 years. ✓
We loved passing them on the Everest Base Camp route.

A Couple Days In Istanbul
We had a two day lay-over in Istanbul Turkey after the Everest base camp trek. With a lot of travel, recovering from Trekking, having the Khumbu Cough, and a head cold, we actually only had one full day to explore Istanbul.
We hope to return someday and stay for a week or two to really see the city and spend more time eating Turkish Delights and drinking Turkish coffee.
