* Twenty Lakes Basin Hiking and Scrambling

We hiked up into the Twenty Lakes Basin above Saddlebag Lake in Northern Yosemite, mainly to climb the Northwest Ridge route of North Peak. Well, it was a little too exposed for Marcie without a rope, so we bailed at the last window and had a great day hiking around in the area.

A spot of sunrise hits Mount Conness (left center) and North Peak.
