* Saturday Sinkyone Sojourn
A day trip up to Usal Beach and Sinkyone Wilderness on California's Lost Coast. It has been about nineteen years since we were there last, and needless to say, things weren't the same.

* Navarro River Paddle
Fun day paddling with Joe and Belinda T. The mouth of the Navarro River in Mendocino, CA was not open because of the low water situation. This made the water conditions not so great, but we found open water and paddled a couple miles upstream, found a beach, drank sparkling wine, and paddled back. A nice tailgate lunch, and then relaxing on the beach.
Great to paddle with Joe and Belinda for the first time...my crystal ball see's kayaks in their future.
