Although we pursue outdoor activities most every weekend, and are relatively fit, it has been several months since I actually "worked out" in my garage gym. Trying to get a jump on the normal January 1st routine, plus we will be peak climbing for four days in the desert during a New Year's Eve Mojave sojourn.
