24 of us floated the high tide out Hookton Slough, along the Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge, for a beautiful paddle under sunny skies and a lifted tsunami advisory.
COVID protocols were followed on shore before and after the paddle, but we were maskless out in the fresh air.
The pandemic has prevented most club paddles for two years, so it was great to be kayaking again with a lot of our friends in Humboldt.
